Deposits

A non refundable deposit  is required for cosmetic brow tattoo treatments. This is redeemable on treatment day.

Confirming Your Appointment

We require a response on your attendance via the sms reminder service. Stellar Brows reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

 

Children & Friends

When booking a cosmetic tattoo, no children or any other parties are allowed in the treatment room. It is ideal this treatment is performed with no distractions. Children are most welcome for all other services

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cosmetic tattooing is a lengthy service which is why last minute cancellations of this service generally cannot be filled. Your time is just as valuable as ours so we ask for a minimum of 48 hrs notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.

No Shows

No shows will be required to pay a booking fee to lock in future appointments. 

 

Running Late

If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us. As most appointments are booked back to back, we will try our best to accommodate you. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
